Our Technical Service packages are designed to give you and your liquid handlers exactly that, so you can get back to doing what you do best.
Preventative Maintenance
Ensure peace of mind with comprehensive routine system maintenance with Nugget Scientific.
On six month intervals one of our trained service engineers will perform a preventative maintenance service to adjust and calibrate your instrument using the complete set of manufacture service protocols.
All wear and tear components on instrument are replaced and lubricated per factory specification.
Following a Preventitivae Maintance service you will receive a comprehensive report outlining all of the service details.
System Repair and Replacement
As a part of our technical service packages we offer full replacement part coverage for all system components which fail due to non-user related damage.
We also offer field upgrade installations for your existing instruments including:

Remote Support
Service contract customer have 24/7 access to our remote support engineers who will be able to walk you through most hardware related issues.
If we cannot troubleshoot the issue remotely we offer emergency call out services as a core component of our service contracts to make sure your system is back running as soon as possible.
The emergency call out service is for those instances where you cannot afford to have your instrument down for an extended period of time. We can be onsite within 48 hours of you call to troubleshoot and repair your instrument so you can get back to doing what you do best.
